With over 20 years of experience in SBA lending, commercial financing, M&A, and consulting, I specialize in helping business owners access the capital they need to grow. I hold the Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designations, equipping me to provide well-rounded, strategic financing solutions across a wide range of industries and deal structures.

SBA lending has been a central focus throughout my career. I’ve led and built high-performing teams of SBA and commercial lenders, while also remaining actively involved in origination. One of my proudest achievements was being named an SBA Financial Services Champion while leading a lending team in Oklahoma—and helping a client in Arkansas earn recognition as a Small Business of the Year through SBA-financed expansion.

Today, my passion lies in two areas:
• Helping business owners scale through smart financing
• Coaching and developing SBA loan officers and business development professionals

I am also a speaker and published author, focused on demystifying the financing process for entrepreneurs and their advisors.
