Bill King, CM&AA, is an SBA lending specialist with more than 25 years of experience helping business owners finance acquisitions, partner buyouts, owner-occupied commercial real estate, and growth initiatives. Known as The SBA King®, Bill specializes in structuring complex SBA transactions and educating referral partners on practical financing strategies. He recently served as an instructor at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and is a frequent speaker for banking, M&A, and commercial real estate organizations. Bill is also the author of The No Bullshit Business Finance Guide and is currently writing additional books focused on SBA lending and business acquisitions.
