Brad Gardner’s practice focuses on litigation involving commercial loans and lending transactions. He represents a variety of traditional, non-traditional and securitized Lenders in state and federal courts across the country. In addition to his litigation practice, Brad assists lenders with non-judicial foreclosure proceedings and with out-of-court workouts such as forbearance agreements, loan modifications, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions and note sales.

Brad’s broad industry experience includes industrial, retail, hospitality, hotels, restaurants and multi-family residential. He uses that experience and knowledge to craft practical solutions to even the most difficult problems. From start to finish (including appeals), Brad takes an aggressive but pragmatic approach to each of his clients’ cases. He has represented clients in pre-litigation negotiations and in all phases of litigation, from inception to discovery to trial to appeals.
