Jamie Hook, Executive Vice President of First Financial Network, Inc., serves as Project Manager for the majority of FFN’s U.S. loan sales, overseeing every stage of the transaction. His 31 years of loan sale expertise are invaluable to the success of FFN’s loan sales, which includes the sale of over $7.2 billion in commercial, residential and consumer assets for banks, financial institutions and government agencies over the past three years. The success of these sales is exemplified by the firm’s industry leading 94% closing rate.

In addition, Jamie serves as Valuation Director and was essential in the development of FFN’s proprietary market-based pricing model known as FirstValue™. This pricing model provides accurate and scalable value projections for performing and non-performing loans collateralized by commercial and residential real estate assets as well as C&I and certain consumer loans on behalf of banks, credit unions, various government agencies and numerous FHLB’s. Under his direction, FFN performed valuations on approximately $387 billion of loans in 2024.
