James M. Paul is the Director for the ALPS Group in State and Federal Receivership matters. ALPS Group services commercial, industrial, and residential real estate Nationwide in Receivership, Property Management, Construction, and Real Estate Sales. Mr. Paul handles cases throughout parts of the country. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Electrical Engineering and Paralegal. He has a certification in Land Development from Northern Illinois University. As a member of NARPM, IREM, and the American Bar Association, Mr. Paul speaks at conferences and authors articles for several magazines and media.
