Leslie Rhodes is the Vice President / SBA Department Manager at TFNB Your Bank for Life. She was a key contributor in launching the bank’s SBA department in 2018. Leslie is an alumnus of Baylor University Hankamer School of Business, where she built her strong academic foundation for her career in banking and financial services. She founded the Heart of Texas chapter for the nonprofit organization, Financial Women in Texas. This organization is dedicated to promoting professional development, leadership, and networking opportunities for women in the financial services industry across Texas. Leslie is recognized for her leadership and community impact, including a nomination for the Greater Waco Chamber’s Leading Waco Women Leadership Award and a feature in the 2026 Modern Texas Living Magazine Men and Women to Watch. Leslie serves on the NAGGL Region VI and Associate Committees. Additionally, she serves on the Texas Bankers Association (TBA) Bank Leadership Council and is an Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) Leadership Division member.
