Rose Hasham is an institutional advisor specializing in off-market acquisitions, capital structuring, and complex exits across hospitality, land, and multifamily. At Axe Commercial Real Estate, she partners with sovereign wealth funds, global family offices, and private equity sponsors to architect bespoke investment strategies and execute high-conviction transactions across U.S. markets.

With over a decade of direct commercial real estate and hospitality ownership experience, Rose brings principal-level insight to complex hospitality transactions.

She serves on the Board of the Harvard Business School Club of Dallas, where she leads the Real Estate Special Interest Group—an active alumni platform focused on strategic dialogue, and peer-to-peer learning among senior leaders across the capital stack. Rose also serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, contributing to global thought leadership on strategy and management.

Rose earned her Master’s Degree in Business Management from Harvard University and holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
