Warren Baas is a Senior Loan Officer with Live Oak Bank, where he helps entrepreneurs access SBA financing to fund and grow their businesses. Warren graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and International Business and kicked off his career as a physical commodities trader—moving grain and solid fuels around the globe. Along the way, he found himself advising friends and family on business plans, which eventually led to helping his wife launch her own physical therapy clinic in Waco, Texas. That experience sparked a passion for supporting small business owners and ultimately inspired his move into SBA lending. Today, Warren combines his financial expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to help business owners succeed. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him fly fishing, experimenting with new recipes and kitchen gadgets, mountain biking, or enjoying sweet treats with his wife and two sons.
