Caroline Gann is Director of Special Assets for the Commercial division at Live Oak Bank, where she leads the development and implementation of policies for effective portfolio management and oversees workout strategies for a wide range of commercial credits. Her responsibilities include strategy development, risk management, and collaboration with senior leadership to improve asset quality.

Her background includes roles in construction financing, government contracting mergers and acquisitions, and renewable energy lending. Prior to her current position, Caroline managed a solar construction portfolio exceeding $400MM in committed value, advised government contractors on strategic acquisitions and exits, and specialized in SBA and commercial construction funding.

Caroline is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and is based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
