Christine Malpica Sullivan, is the Broker, Owner, and Founder of Evolve Property Group and a seasoned real estate operator and asset manager with nearly two decades of experience specializing in small multifamily, single-family, commercial retail and office, and special asset portfolios. She launched her career in 2008 as a Short Sale Negotiator and SFR®-designated professional, working directly with lenders and investors to acquire, reposition, and resolve distressed and bank-owned properties during the financial crisis.

Christine’s expertise centers on operating assets for investors throughout the full lifecycle from acquisition and stabilization to cash flow optimization, to property resale. She has extensive experience in the distressed asset space, working closely with receivers and bank special assets teams to stabilize operations, preserve collateral value, and position assets for refinance, sale, or alternative resolution.

Under her leadership, Christine has built, scaled, and sold multiple full-service real estate brokerage, property management, and community association firms. She has served in advisory roles, as an expert witness, and as a speaker, and has held numerous board and leadership positions, including Florida REALTORS® Director and Chair of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s Property Management Council. She is also active in National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) leadership at both the local and state levels.
