Darren J. Gluck is a commercial real estate finance professional with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Gluck has held senior positions at leading real estate finance and investment firms and has an extensive background in commercial real estate debt acquisition, asset management and capital markets. Mr. Gluck co-founded BellOak Advisors in 2022 as a dedicated CMBS Operating Advisor and Asset Representations Reviewer that provides the requisite independent, third- party surveillance and oversight on behalf of CMBS certificate holders.

Prior to BellOak, Mr. Gluck was Head of B-Piece Acquisitions at Argentic Investment Management, a manager of commercial real estate lending and investment vehicles. He was a member of the Executive Management Team and Investment Committee. Before joining Argentic, Mr. Gluck was Chief Credit Officer and a senior member of the Credit Committee at Benefit Street Partners (“BSP”). Mr. Gluck was one of initial members of the BSP real estate finance team. Prior to BSP, Mr. Gluck spent ten years at LNR Partners a Starwood Property Trust company, most recently as a Senior Vice President and leading member of LNR’s B-Piece buying team. Mr. Gluck started his career at Burger King Corporation in the Franchise Finance Restructuring Group where he helped to structure transactions and negotiate with lenders, vendors, and landlords on behalf of franchisees. Mr. Gluck received an Honours Business Administration degree from The University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
