Reliant Group Management is a San Francisco-based private equity real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development, and renovation of affordable and market-rate multifamily housing nationwide. Over the past 30+ years, Reliant has acquired more than $3.2 billion of real estate, and acquired more than 25,000 multifamily units. Reliant is currently investing through Reliant CAP XI, its eleventh fully discretionary equity fund, a $350 million fund targeting approximately $1 billion in multifamily acquisitions. With fully 100% discretionary capital, Reliant is able to move quickly through diligence and close on complicated opportunities efficiently.

Recently, Reliant closed a $50 million distressed student housing bank note in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is under contract on a $30.5 million receivership multifamily property in Seattle, Washington. We are actively seeking distressed multifamily residential real estate deals across the country. We buy all sector market rate, student, senior and Affordable (section 42 LIHTC) and have the ability to take over incomplete construction projects.
