Scott Podvin is Senior Managing Director of Skyline Property Experts and Founder of Capital Advisors USA, specializing in alternative credit and distressed commercial real estate. With over 20 years of experience and $1B+ in transactions, he structures creative financing solutions for banks, family offices, and institutional investors navigating credit workouts and special situations in multi-family, self-storage, and hotel properties.

A Harvard-educated LEED® AP, Scott recently closed a $6.5M commercial transaction with lien protection strategy and is actively acquiring self-storage portfolios. He holds an AMDP in Real Estate from Harvard University and an MBA from HEC Paris. Scott recently presented on Alternative Credit at the IVYFON Miami Family Office Outlook Forum and serves on advisory boards at USF and Elsevier.
