Justin B. Myers is a seasoned hospitality industry expert with over two decades of experience in hotel operations and commercial real estate transactions. A graduate of San Diego State University, he holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Hospitality and Tourism, specializing in Hotel Business and Operations.
Since joining Atlas in 2005, Myers has solidified his reputation as a top-performing professional, closing over $700 million in transactions. His exceptional sales acumen and strategic approach have enabled him to navigate complex deals, including numerous lender-owned and short-sale transactions. Myers has collaborated with prominent institutions such as Wells Fargo, Pacific Western Bank, Union Bank, CW Capital, Umpqua Bank, and East West Bank, among others.
Recognized for his outstanding achievements, Myers earned the prestigious "Deal of the Year" award three times: in 2006 for the Gaige House Inn in Glen Ellen, in 2010 for the Ramada Plaza San Diego, and in 2014 for the Trigild Receivership Portfolio, a $100 million transaction involving five hotels—Courtyard Thousand Oaks, Courtyard San Luis Obispo, TownePlace Suites Thousand Oaks, Holiday Inn Express Santa Clarita, and Best Western Valencia Inn.
Myers specializes in upper-midscale, upscale, and select-service hotel brands, including Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn, and Homewood Suites. His portfolio also includes luxury boutique properties such as Seal Cove Inn in Moss Beach, Casa Laguna Inn & Spa in Laguna Beach, Milliken Creek Inn in Napa, and Gaige House Inn in Glen Ellen.
A California native, Myers divides his time between Orange County and the greater Sacramento area. His deep industry knowledge, relationship-driven approach, and deal-making expertise align seamlessly with Atlas’s client-focused philosophy.
