Mr. Ross started his career in finance in the mid-1980’s in the inventory finance unit of General Electric Credit Corporation. He then joined Crocker Bank/WFB before starting an SBA lending department at a community bank in the South Bay of Los Angeles and assumed the position of CCO in the early 1990’s. In 1993 he moved to a South Bay institution under regulatory order which was stabilized and sold. In 1998 Mr. Ross became CCO of a small community in Los Angeles in the final stages of a turnaround and which was sold for 3x book after 12 years of stable growth. Following that sale Mr. Ross joined a community bank in Orange County where he focused on due diligence for FDIC acquisitions and management of the problem loan portfolio’s that were acquired. He then took a position with a failing community bank in K-Town Los Angeles which was stabilized and sold, after which he spend several years conducting independent loan review on numerous banks. Mr. Ross currently acts as the Deputy CCO and Special Assets Manager at Royal Business Bank in downtown Los Angeles.
