Alexis joined Landmark in 2023 and manages build-to-rent (BTR) development in key markets in Texas, Georgia and North Carolina. Prior to joining Landmark, Alexis managed the development of multifamily and BTR developments in the Southeast, totaling over $400 million in pipeline, developed clinic sites for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, enforced real estate license law for the State of Illinois, and managed a residential real estate brokerage in Atlanta, GA. Alexis obtained her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and holds an inactive law license with the Illinois State Bar.
