David is PulteGroup’s Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategic Partnerships. In this role, David is responsible for assessing business opportunities and strategies in a number of areas important to Pulte, including single-family rental, utilizing land banking and other third-party capital opportunities, new market expansion, off-site manufacturing rollout, proptech investments, strategic partnerships and mergers & acquisitions.

Immediately prior to joining PulteGroup, David was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Dune Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm with over $4 billion of assets under management. Before joining Dune, he also worked for the American Land Fund and Lehman Brothers.

David earned his Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar and also earned his B.S. in Economics from Wharton, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Born and raised in Michigan, David lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
