Emily Halbert is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. Her career spans a wide range of roles—from onsite management to senior leadership—across diverse asset types including conventional, active adult, lease-ups, value-add, C-class properties, and luxury high-rise communities.

Over the past six years, Emily has specialized in Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations and development, overseeing more than 40 BTR communities across five states and nine metropolitan areas. As a key leader at Yardly by Taylor Morrison for the past two years, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s asset and operations playbook while managing 19 neighborhoods.

Emily is known for her ability to create scalable processes, drive operational efficiency, and ensure communities thrive under thoughtful, hands-on leadership. Her passion lies in building systems that support both residents and teams.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys quality time with her husband and their two beautiful children.
