Ileana Ferguson is a Strategic Account Manager at Moen Inc., a leading manufacturer of plumbing fixtures, where she specializes in partnering with national and regional developers and builders in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) and multifamily space. With over 20 years of industry experience, Ileana works closely with operators to address key cost drivers—from repair and maintenance trends to labor efficiency and product durability.

She plays a vital role in helping operators and builders control long-term operating costs. Ileana engages early in the design development phase to help select the right products that balance cost control with style and long-term durability. Through strategic product standardization, efficient installation support, and service solutions that minimize callbacks and downtime, she delivers measurable value. Her on-the-ground insight bridges construction and operations, empowering clients to make smarter, more cost-effective decisions from day one.

Ileana has received Moen’s Circle of Excellence Award five times, along with the Leadership Award and President’s Award. She is known for helping clients mitigate cost pressure while delivering durability and efficiency across their units.

She also served on the advisory board of the Professional Women in Building Council and is currently serving on the NRHC Women's SFR Advisory Board.
