These successes reflect my belief that every challenge holds an opportunity for positive change, as long as you’re willing to analyze the data, minimize the variables, and make targeted adjustments.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports and activities that require precision and strategic thinking—archery, bowling (with two 300 games under my belt), darts, and even competitive video gaming.
