Kyle J. Spicer is a seasoned real estate executive with over two decades of experience leading acquisitions, entitlements, development, and operations across residential, commercial, and build-to-rent (BTR) platforms. Kyle is Senior Vice President - Acquisitions at Wan Bridge. Previously, As Senior Vice President and Head of the Austin and San Antonio Division at Wan Bridge Group, he launched and scaled the division, sourcing and developing more than 2,100 single-family lots and multiple mixed-use projects totaling $450M+ in gross development value. Kyle has a proven track record of structuring complex transactions, raising institutional equity and debt, and driving large-scale projects from concept to completion. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Homes by Avi, Urban Southwest Capital, and international development ventures in Europe.
