Anton Katipunan is Vice President, Development at RioCan REIT, where he oversees the Trust's mixed-use development pipeline. Since joining RioCan in 2006 as an Analyst, Anton has progressed through increasingly senior roles across Investments and Development, building extensive experience in real estate strategy, planning, execution and value creation.

Alongside his development leadership role, Anton is helping drive RioCan's evolution toward a more data-enabled organization, leading initiatives focused on enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics and reporting. His experience spanning both real estate strategy and data transformation gives him a unique perspective on how modern data infrastructure and business intelligence can enhance decision-making, portfolio performance and long-term value creation.
