Brendan Brooks, CFA, is a real estate investment and asset management executive with experience leading portfolio strategy, transactions and value creation initiatives across a broad range of property types. In his current role as Director of Asset Management, Central and Eastern Canada, at Manulife Investment Management, he oversees strategy and performance for a diversified institutional portfolio. Brendan’s career has included significant work in multifamily, student housing, seniors housing, office, industrial, and retail across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. He is also actively involved in real estate industry committees and community/charity boards.
