Cam is Vice President at Lotus Capital Corp., where he is primarily responsible for investment management, including capital sourcing, closing, investor relations and risk management. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Cam has extensive expertise in structuring real estate equity and debt investments across asset classes, as well as underwriting, acquiring, managing, and disposing of properties.

Since joining Lotus Capital, Cam has sourced more than $625 million in debt and $345 million in equity in connection with the acquisition of over 7 million square feet of industrial, retail, and multi-residential real estate.

Cam holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a BA from the University of Victoria. He is also a member of Lotus Capital’s ESG Governance Team and an avid supporter of initiatives focused on increasing mental health awareness.
