Jeff Hyslop joined InnVest Hotels in January 2018 as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management with responsibility expanded to include Investments in 2020. In his role Jeff leads the Asset Management & Investments team, which is focused on maximizing performance and value of InnVest’s owned hotel portfolio along with evaluating opportunities for acquisitions and dispositions.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry including 20 years in progressive Asset Management roles overseeing over 100 hotels worth more than $4 Billion. Prior to joining InnVest he held senior roles at Pomeroy Lodging, Westmont Hospitality, Legacy Hotel REIT and PKF Consulting. Jeff started his career in the hospitality industry in many frontline positions at hotels in Toronto, Vancouver and New Brunswick.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and has a Certificate in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business at UBC.

Jeff is a member of the Policy Advisory Board at the University of Guelph’s School of Hospitality, Foodservice and Tourism Management. He also sits on the Marriott Hotels topline owner advisory council. Jeff is an active member of the Hotel Asset Managers Association and sits on Scouts Canada’s asset management advisory committee.
