Jeffrey Barbosa, LEED AP, RPA, SMA, SMT, is an Asset Manager with Fiera Real Estate, where he is responsible for the strategic oversight and performance of commercial real estate assets across Canada. He works closely with fund managers, property managers, leasing teams, and investment professionals to drive asset value through leasing strategy, capital planning, operational excellence, redevelopment initiatives, and ESG integration.

With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jeffrey has held progressively senior leadership roles across asset management, property management, and operations. Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, he served as General Manager with Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services, managing a one-million-square-foot regional shopping centre and leading numerous value-add, sustainability, and capital improvement initiatives. Throughout his career, he has overseen portfolios spanning office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets totaling millions of square feet. In addition to his asset management responsibilities, Jeffrey leads sustainability initiatives across Fiera Real Estate's Canadian portfolio, helping advance decarbonization, building performance, ESG reporting, and long-term resilience strategies.

A passionate advocate for professional development and industry advancement, Jeffrey serves on BOMA Toronto's Education Committee, Energy & Decarbonization Committee, and Mentorship Advisory Council. He is also a Part-Time Instructor at Seneca Polytechnic and a Subject Matter Expert and Instructor with BOMI International, helping develop the next generation of real estate professionals. Recognized for his leadership in sustainability and building performance, Jeffrey holds LEED AP BD+C, RPA, SMA, and SMT designations.
