Jennifer is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and growth of the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio across the industrial, office and retail sectors.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jennifer has held leadership roles spanning investments, development, and asset management.

Prior to joining Fengate, she spent over a decade at Choice Properties where she executed approximately $1B in commercial real estate transactions across Canada. She also played a key role in several strategic initiatives, including leading the firm’s national retail intensification strategy and overseeing its largest development initiative – a 340-acre, 6.5 million square foot industrial park in Caledon, ON.
