Lesley Leech is Associate Vice President, Retail Asset Management, Ontario at Choice Properties REIT, where she oversees the strategy and performance of more than 18 million square feet of retail real estate across Ontario. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has held leadership positions at Choice Properties, JLL, Cadillac Fairview, and Oxford Properties, specializing in asset management, investments, portfolio strategy, leasing, redevelopment, and operations. Lesley is a CFA charter holder, a graduate of McGill University, and an active contributor to the Canadian real estate industry through organizations including CREDA Toronto, ICSC, and Toronto CREW.
