Leslie joined Concert Properties in 2007 and has held roles spanning transactions, asset management, leasing and financing across markets throughout Canada. Today, he leads the asset management of Concert’s multifamily residential rental portfolio, overseeing portfolio strategy, investment performance and asset-level initiatives across the company’s rental housing platform.

Over the course of his career, Leslie has completed more than $1 billion of acquisition and disposition transactions across a range of real estate assets, including income-producing properties and residential development sites, as well as more than $500 million of financing transactions. He was also involved in the establishment of a $1 billion commercial real estate limited partnership, which has since evolved into Concert Income Properties LP.

Leslie also brings experience advising non-profits and other organizations on multifamily residential investment, development and asset management matters.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the UBC Sauder School of Business, with specializations in Real Estate and Finance.
