Management, Project Management, Advisory & Transaction Services, Debt & Structured Finance, Research, and Global Workplace Solutions.

Prior to her current role, Molly held leadership positions across North America and brings extensive experience in managing complex real estate portfolios, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategic growth initiatives. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and creating opportunities for both clients and professionals to succeed.
