Roz McQueen is Vice President, Asset Management & Portfolio Strategy with Nicola Real Estate, where she helps lead the firm’s asset management and leasing platform from Vancouver. Since joining Nicola Real Estate in 2021, her role has evolved to encompass asset management, portfolio strategy and leasing across the firm’s real estate portfolio.

Roz began her real estate career in Toronto in 2005 and spent more than a decade with Brookfield Properties, where she worked on the leasing of some of Toronto’s most prominent downtown office properties, including First Canadian Place and Brookfield Place/BCE Place. She later relocated to Vancouver, gaining experience on major ground-up developments including Deloitte Summit and Main Alley before joining Nicola Real Estate.

With more than two decades in commercial real estate, Roz brings an operator’s perspective to asset and portfolio strategy, grounded in her experience working with tenants, partners and real estate teams across North American markets. Her focus is on driving portfolio performance through active asset management, leasing strategy and thoughtful capital allocation.
