Sébastien Gariépy is President and CEO of Groupe Inspire, a Quebec-based real estate investment and property management firm. Under his leadership, the platform has grown to more than 1,500 residential units in Greater Montreal, along with several industrial assets, representing approximately $500 million in assets under management.

Sébastien began his career in real estate appraisal, a foundation that shapes his disciplined approach to underwriting and value creation. He is recognized for his expertise in financial and tax structuring, sophisticated and alternative financing, complex deal negotiation, and investor relations. He also leads an integrated ESG strategy and works closely with municipalities on redevelopment projects.

Inspire is now accelerating toward $1.5 billion in assets under management within three years.
