Shaun Hildebrand is President of Urbanation, one of Canada's leading real estate research and consulting firms, and Vice President, Data & Chief Economist at Rentsync. He leads Urbanation's research strategy, market intelligence and national expansion, while overseeing the growth of Rentsync's rental data and market intelligence capabilities across Canada.

With more than 20 years of experience in housing market analysis, Shaun has become one of Canada's most recognized voices on residential real estate. For over a decade, he has led Urbanation's research and advisory work across the condominium, purpose-built rental and student housing sectors, delivering market intelligence and feasibility analysis that developers, investors, lenders, brokers and property managers rely on to inform development, investment and operational decisions.

Prior to joining Urbanation in 2013, Shaun managed a team of housing market analysts at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
