Stefania Parnanzone, RPA, is Director of Asset Management at TCU Development Corporation, an Ottawa-based developer and long-term owner of purpose-built rental communities.

With more than 15 years of experience in residential and mixed-use real estate, Stefania works across asset management, development strategy, portfolio marketing, lease-up and property operations. She specializes in translating market insight into practical decisions about product positioning, pricing, leasing strategy and operating performance.

Throughout her career, Stefania has built scalable operating platforms, led organizational change and aligned development, marketing, operations and investment teams around shared business objectives. She has experience working with private developers, institutional capital partners, consultants and executive leadership to maximize asset performance from acquisition and development through lease-up and stabilization.
