Steven Bernstein serves as Managing Director of Credit Transactions for HGI. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing real estate credit transactions across the firm’s credit investment strategies. He also oversees capital markets activities for the credit platform, encompassing warehouse, repo and securitization financing. Mr. Bernstein holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
