Mr. Wrublin serves as the Co-Founder, CEO and CIO of Dalan Real Estate, which he founded in 2003. He has since scaled the company’s owned and managed portfolio over 3,500 apartments and 200 commercial units totaling approximately 4 million square feet across New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas and California. Mr. Wrublin is also the Co-CEO of Dalan Credit, a special situations credit platform, which he co-founded with Ayush Kapahi in 2014. Mr. Wrublin has received significant recognition for the growth of Dalan Real Estate and his involvement in the commercial real estate industry, including being named one of Real Estate New York's top 30 Under 30 rising stars in 2008 and being inducted as a member of YPO in 2014. Mr. Wrublin is a graduate of Duke University, where he is an active member of the alumni community, including establishing the Wrublin Family Scholarship Fund in 2016 and currently serving on the Duke Financial Economics Steering Committee (DFESC).
