Jacob Feingold is a Managing Director and Head of Originations within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Feingold joined Canyon in 2014 and oversees all the origination efforts across Canyon’s real estate debt and equity platforms. Additionally, Mr. Feingold serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for Canyon’s Evergreen Private Credit strategy. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Feingold worked at iStar Financial where he focused on structured real estate investments, development, and distressed opportunities. Mr. Feingold is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (B.B.A., honors) and Columbia Business School (M.B.A., honors).
