James Searles is the Northeast Regional Director of Sales for Ten-X, an online commercial real estate transaction platform. Partnering with brokers and owners over the past 4 and a half years, James’ team has worked on $5 Billion of CRE transactions. Prior to joining Ten-X in 2021, James spent 9 years at S&P Global Market Intelligence in their REIT vertical, working with investment managers, sovereign wealth funds and the REITs themselves, globally. James earned his MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business.
