Jonathan started the business in 2012. He serves as the Managing Principal for the firm and leads all investment selection and asset management. Jonathan is responsible for the creation and execution of strategic business plans to reposition each investment. He has overseen 11 investment vehicles at Sharp Key with a total transaction volume of $1.6 billion. Prior to forming Sharp Key, he co-founded two distressed real estate funds focused on Florida. Jonathan graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Business Management.
