Stephan Fequiere is a first-generation American, husband, father, and real estate entrepreneur specializing in large-scale multifamily development and capital structuring. Beginning his career at 22 as a laborer for a leading Boston developer, Stephan quickly evolved from hands-on construction to executing more than $20 million in single-family and condominium conversions throughout Greater Boston. Today, as Founder of FQ Real Estate Ventures, he focuses on bridging the gap between everyday investors and institutional-grade opportunities in ground-up development and entitlement deals.

Stephan leads Kaufman Development’s joint venture initiative in Massachusetts, combining Kaufman’s institutional platform with his local market expertise to deliver transformative, high-impact projects across the region.
