Adam is responsible for J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Real Estate Americas ESG strategy, performance, and reporting. An employee since 2023, Adam brings an extensive track record of industry experience. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Adam spent nearly 10 years at Hines in various roles. He was involved in acquisitions and management of three separate accounts within Investment Management in excess of $3B AUM, and then spearheaded the firm’s global sustainability group, which was re-envisioned in 2020. Earlier, Adam helped start ULI Greenprint, and began his career at Transwestern. Adam holds a B.S. in economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also an active member of PREA and ULI.
