Daniel's career began on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and quickly advanced to portfolio management at Zacks Investment Research. During his tenure as a sell-side analyst at Zacks, he provided clients with detailed fundamental and technical market insights, specializing in market-disrupting technologies. His efforts resulted in an impressive internal rate of return (IRR) of over 85%, placing him in the 99th percentile among sell-side analysts.
Daniel is currently based in Chicago, IL. Growing up, curiosity was evident in his childhood from his invention drawer in his grade school years to starting a longboard business in middle school and running it profitably through his college years. Daniel is a lifelong learner and an avid reader. He can often be found reading about one of his passions - the field of theoretical physics. Daniel's family resides in Michigan, South Carolina, and California, and he enjoys visiting them whenever possible. After successfully passing CFA Levels I & II, Daniel is now pursuing Level III to obtain his charter by the beginning of 2025.
