Mr. Moss is a Managing Director in the Ares Environmental, Social and Governance Group and leads ESG for the global real estate group. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Moss was a Senior Vice President, Operations and Sustainability at Brixmor Property Group, where he focused on developing and overseeing their ESG program and climate change strategy, directed portfolio wide operations and sustainability initiatives, and led environmental risk and liability management. Previously, Mr. Moss was a Senior Project Manager at Roux Associates, Inc, where he focused on advising clients in a variety of industries related to legacy contamination issues and environmental aspects of property transactions and development. Mr. Moss holds a B.A. from Colgate University in Geology and an M.E.S. from the University of Pennsylvania in Environmental Studies. Mr. Moss is a licensed professional geologist in the State of New York.
