Frank joined Woodbourne in 2022 and leads the firm’s development function, with a focus on property acquisitions, development approvals, and building design. Frank has over 20 years of real estate experience and previously held roles as Vice President of Development at GWL Realty Advisors and as Development Manager at Ivanhoé Cambridge.

Frank received an MBA in Real Property and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, and is licensed professional engineer in the Province of Ontario.
