Malcolm Au is a Senior Associate at Bellwether, where his team designs and executes sustainability strategies for clients across both equity and debt portfolios. Under his direction, the team develops client-specific ESG initiatives, facilitates annual reporting, monitors climate-related risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides guidance on efficiency projects. Prior to joining Bellwether, Malcolm spent three years building and scaling corporate sustainability programs. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with a minor in Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
