Nicholas Ilagan, co-founder and managing partner of DIV Industrial, is a twenty-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. In his current role, he leads the organization fundraising and acquisitions efforts in their primary and growth markets while advancing the strategic growth of the organization.

Ilagan founded DIV Industrial with the intention to help reshape the industry. With the belief that “how you do anything, is everything”, DIV Industrial immediately partnered with the USGBC to be part of their LEED Volume Program. With the ability to build to LEED Platinum certification, Ilagan and the DIV team are focused on building all of their projects to a LEED Gold certification. Their first project in the Las Vegas market is currently focused on developing a Net Zero building, the first in the market.

Ilagan’s career has had him responsible for a combined portfolio of over 30 million square feet of product and over $5 billion in transaction volume.
