Alex Morgan

Profile

Alex Morgan joined Carmel Partners in 2024 and is an Analyst in Investor Relations and Asset Management. In this role, Alex supports both teams across key functions, including the implementation of the firm’s ESG program, GRESB reporting and various projects related to investor services, business development and asset management.


Prior to Carmel, Mr. Morgan was at Essex Property Trust, where he supported sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting functions across the West Coast. Before Essex, he was a Research Fellow at the Investor Impact Initiative, a Swiss non-profit, advising pension funds and other institutional investors on proxy voting and ESG.


Mr. Morgan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Pomona College.
