Ms. Malloy serves as ESG Manager at KBS Realty Advisors, where she oversees the development and implementation of the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. She works closely with property teams and corporate stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives, enhance reporting practices, and to align operations with industry standards and frameworks.

Ms. Malloy has led key efforts resulting in multiple ESG recognitions, including a Green Star designation from GRESB and three awards from the Orange County Business Journal for innovation in ESG, volunteerism, and sustainability. She also played a central role in creating the company’s first ESG policy and improving overall program effectiveness.

Ms. Malloy holds a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California. She is an advocate for social equity, animal welfare and is committed to advancing responsible business practices.
