As the Senior VP of Engineering at Stok, Charlie has dedicated almost two decades to achieving excellence in building performance. He leads Stok’s energy engineering team in decarbonization planning, electrification, strategy, zero energy, energy modeling and performance, portfolio-scale planning, creation of high-performance new development and operational building standards. He works closely with the commissioning team to drive operational efficiency.
