Danielle Grant serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Fairfield, a vertically integrated owner operator, developer and investment manager in the multifamily sector. Ms. Grant joined Fairfield in 2021 and is responsible for Fairfield’s regulatory compliance program. She also sits on the firm’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) committee where she assists with guiding and implementing the firm’s ESG policy and reporting requirements. She has a 20+ year career working with registered investment advisors in the areas of compliance, risk and control management, and operations. She has held senior roles with Allianz Global Investors in San Diego, CA, The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL and most recently with Frontier Global Partners in La Jolla, CA. She is also a Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP), a member of the Southern California Compliance Group (SCCG) and the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP).
